EAGLES NEST DEVELOPMENT Cortez, Colorado
Cortez, Colorado, - February 1, 2000--Eagles Nest
Partnership, LLP is proud to announce the ground breaking of
Eagles Nest Development and the opening of its web page at
www.eaglesnestdev.com Located in Southwest Colorado, situated
between Mesa Verde and Four Corners Monument, Cortez is the
southwest gateway to Colorado.
Eagles Nest Development consists of forty-two residential
parcels, ranging in size from 3 to 10 acres, with many verified
Indian ruins sites, located at Goodman Point, just miles outside
the city of Cortez, Colorado. The development is on County Road
18, a few miles from Highway 666. Lots afford 360 degree
unfettered spectacular mountain views during the daytime and
breathtaking city lights in the evening. The entire development
rests above 7,000 feet overlooking the Cortez, Dolores, Mancos
valley. Each lot includes architectural and interior design
services, as well as being computer DSL ready.
The residential lots surround an 18-hole par 3 links golf
course, scheduled to begin construction within days. Roads are
currently being developed as this release is made. Phase I of
the development, consisting of 13 prime lots, an equestrian
center and storage facility is currently in its final stages of
approvals with the County of Montezuma.

received the prize. The second drawing was October 31, 1999.
Lucky number 5921 received the prize.
The JINGLE CONTEST prize is Lot #13 within the subdivision,
5.01 acres, currently valued at $62,625.00. Free Certificates of
Entry will be given to those submitting a jingle. Lot #13 or a
cash prize of $15,000 will be transferred free and clear to the
validated winner. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN FEES OR STRINGS ATTACHED.
